Age : 17 ½ to 21 yrs. Born between 01 Oct 1998 to 01 Apr 2002
Education Qualification : Class 10th/Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For Boards following grading system minimum of D Grade (33-40) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade.
(ii) Soldier Technical
Age : 17 ½ to 23 yrs. Born between 01 Oct 1996 to 01 Apr 2002.
Education Qualification : 10+2/Intermediate Examination pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Math and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
(iii) Soldier Clk/SKT
Age : 17 ½ to 23 yrs. Born between 01 Oct 1996 to 01 Apr 2002.
Education Qualification : 10+2/Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, and Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Math/Account/Book Keeping in class 12th is mandatory.
(iv) Soldier Tradesman 10th Pass
Age : 17 ½ to 23 yrs. Born between 01 Oct 1996 to 01 Apr 2002.
Education Qualification : Class 10th Simple Pass. No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored minimum 33% in each subject.
(v) Soldier Tradesman 08th Pass
Age : 17 ½ to 23 yrs. Born between 01 Oct 1996 to 01 Apr 2002.
Education Qualification : Class 08th Simple Pass (for Syce, House Keeper and Mess Keeper). No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored minimum 33% in each subject.

Tattoo. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e From inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part on the body are not
acceptable and candidates will be barred from further selection. In case of Tatoo of Religious nature, an affidavit on prescribed format will be submitted by the candida.
