Candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC category shall have to produce non creamy layer certificate from competent authority at the time of docament varification.

Eligibility :
Candidates must possess a Bachelors degree from a recognized University with a diploma in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm on a computer. Due weightage will be given to Law graduate.

The Diploma/Certificate of Stenography and Typing shall be issued by a recognized Board, Institutions or shall be recognized by NCVT or other relevant act. The candidate must have adequate knowledge of the Official language of the State of Assam (Assamese).
